Common questions

Manage or cancel your subscription

Robin Baby Pro is billed through Apple or Google. Cancel any time before the next renewal date.

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Robin Baby → Cancel.
• Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Robin Baby → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro access until then.

Restore a purchase on a new device

Open Robin Baby → Profile → Robin Baby Pro → "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We can't issue refunds directly. Request one here:

• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google: Google Play refund request

Delete your account

You can delete your account from the app: Profile → Delete Account. This schedules your account for permanent deletion within 30 days. Cancellation of an active subscription is separate — see "Manage or cancel your subscription" above.

If you can't access the app, email us at hello@robinbaby.com from the address on your account and we'll handle it.

Export your data

Open Robin Baby → Profile → "Export PDF Summary" to generate a doctor-ready summary. For a full machine-readable export of all your logged data, email hello@robinbaby.com from your account address and we'll send it within 30 days.

Family invitations and caregivers

Open Profile → Family → "Invite caregiver" to share access. Caregivers can view, log, and edit events for any child in your family. As the family admin you can revoke caregiver access at any time from the same screen.

Voice logging isn't working

Three things to check:

• Microphone permission is granted (Settings → Robin Baby → Microphone).
• You're connected to the internet — voice logging needs a network connection to transcribe.
• You're on Robin Baby Pro — voice and Ask are Pro features.

Push notifications

Notifications include trial reminders, sleep forecast nudges, and family activity. Enable or disable them in Settings → Robin Baby → Notifications, or per-category inside the app at Profile → Notifications.
